Building a Padel Court That Plays Like a Pro Tour Venue

Padel has gone from a niche pastime to one of the fastest-growing sports in the United Arab Emirates. With that growth comes higher player expectations — and higher standards for court construction.
A regulation padel court measures 20m × 10m and is enclosed by a combination of 12mm tempered glass panels and welded steel mesh. The frame must be galvanised and powder-coated to survive coastal humidity, which is where our in-house powder-coating facility gives us a serious quality edge.
The playing surface is artificial turf with sand infill, designed to deliver consistent ball bounce and slide. Quality fibres, proper sand quantity (around 18–22 kg/m²) and meticulous brushing during installation are what separate a professional court from a DIY one.
Lighting is the next critical layer — we typically specify LED panels with 300–500 lux uniformity, glare-controlled and angled to prevent shadows in the corners. For premium clubs, we add player benches, branded glass graphics and turf in custom colours.
