Why Powder Coating Is the Secret Weapon of Sports Builders

Every football goal, padel frame, fence post and floodlight column we install passes through our powder-coating facility before leaving for site. The reason is simple: in the Gulf climate, untreated steel will rust and fail within a few seasons.

Our process begins with a seven-stage chemical pre-treatment that removes oil, scale and oxidation. Parts are then phosphated to create a microscopically rough surface that helps the powder bond.

Electrostatically charged powder is sprayed onto the parts and cured in our 8-metre oven at 180–200°C, fusing into a continuous, durable film roughly 80–120 microns thick.

The result is a finish that resists UV, salt spray and impact for 10+ years. We offer over 200 RAL colours, plus textured and metallic options for premium club branding.
