Anatomy of a Premium Sports Court Construction Project

A premium sports court is the result of dozens of decisions made well — long before any concrete is poured. It begins with a detailed brief, a topographic survey of the site, and a 3D concept design that lets the client see the finished product before signing off.

Civil works are the foundation, literally. We excavate to engineered depths, install drainage runs, and pour reinforced concrete or asphalt slabs to laser-graded tolerances of ±3mm.

The performance layer — turf, acrylic, polyurethane or wood — is then installed by certified crews using manufacturer-approved tools and methods. We document every step photographically and store them in our project archive for future reference.

Commissioning includes player-tested performance checks, final cleaning, line painting and a comprehensive handover pack. Our maintenance team then takes over with quarterly inspections and on-call support.
